Sew Crafty Competition Rules

1. Wristband(s) and exhibitor labels will be posted following the closing date. Labels to be attached to entries prior to hand-in
2. Items must not have been exhibited at a previous Country Fest
3. Entries to be handed-in to the Sew Crafty marquee on Friday 29th May, 10.00am - 1.00pm
4. Judging will take place Friday 29th May from 2.00pm
5. Entries to be collected at 4.00pm on Sunday 31st May
6. Classes may be split depending on entries
7. * Exhibitor passes – entitles 1 wristband per exhibitor. Exhibitors may apply for up to 4 additional passes at the discounted rate of £10, at the point of entry. All exhibitor passes are valid for both days of Country Fest, non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. An exhibitor may make as many entries as they wish; one weekend wristband issued per exhibitor
