Young Hander: Very Novice Young Handler. Open to children 16 years of age and under who consider themselves to be novice handlers and have not won in the Open Young Handler section in this show. The children may be accompanied into the ring but the handling of the pony must be carried out by the child. Rosettes will be presented to all competitors.
