THE SHEEP CLASSES ARE OPEN. All entries must be submitted on the approved Entry Form by the specified Closing Date and must comply with orders and regulations under Diseases of Animals Acts current at the time of the Show.
Movement documents must be handed in to Stewards at the gate on arrival at the Showground. All sheep must be correctly ear tagged in accordance with SEERAD / DEFRA guidelines.
ENTRY AT THE GATE WILL BE REFUSED WITHOUT THE CORRECT DOCUMENTATION
No stock to be removed from the Showground until after the Grand Parade
NOTE: Badger Face Texel, Beltex, Blue Texel, Bluefaced Leicester, Border Leicester, Dorset, Dutch Spotted, Oxford Down, Registered Suffolk, Texel, Zwartbles, Any Other Breed (Continental & Native) MV, and Prime Lamb MV (Classes 200 to 281) must be from fully M.V. ACCREDITED FLOCKS and will be provided with approved penning.
The BUAS reserves the right to appoint a judge for any section that has considerable entries and that the agreed judge is already judging other sections.
SHEEP SCAB PREVENTATIVE MEASURES:
All sheep must be treated with a licensed product for the control of sheep scab, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, within 14 days prior to their arrival at the Show. Please sign declaration on Entry Form

ALL SHEEP JUDGING WILL COMMENCE AT 9.30 a.m. unless otherwise indicated
Should entry numbers in any section be insufficient, the Directors reserves the right to amalgamate into the AOB section.
