Show Description
Entrants of the Carcase Section must be members of Quality Meat Scotland Farm Assurance Scheme (livestock should be whole life assured) and must satisfy all appropriate Food Chain Information documents as required by Morrisons Woodhead (sheep) and Stoddart’s Ayr (cattle).
Entrants from Scottish holdings only.
Entry free of charge
Judging will take place in early July with prizes presented at the Border Union Show on Saturday 25th July 2026.
