Steak, Burger & Sausage Awards

Show Description

This competition is to find the tastiest steak, the most delicious and attractive burgers and sausages, therefore greater emphasis will be given to the taste and appearance of the product, rather than technical marks for construction. This section will be Judged the evening before the Agrifest event. Time of judging TBC.

Notes:
1 - Each steak entry is to be 8oz of steak, sent raw.
2 - Each burger entry is to be a total weight of 8oz and must comprise of at least two burgers (i.e. 4oz each).
3 - The entries will be blind judged and tasted.
4 - Packaging is not vital but will be judged if there is a joint winner.
5 - The first and second prize winners in each class will be put forward to the Championship to find the overall Champion and Reserve Champion Steak, Burger or Sausage.
