Show Description

Please note the School Year relates to the child's class during the 25/26 school year. A free child admission pass will be issued for those with 5+ entries.

**NEW EXHIBITOR DROP OFF OPTION FOR DAY BEFORE**

Exhibits may be dropped off the day before the show on Monday 27th July between 3pm and 6pm.

All entries must be in the show tent before 9am on Show morning, with last vehicle access to the exhibitor area being at 8.30am and no exit until after 4.30pm. Judging to commence at 9.30am with the tent re-opening at 12noon. Trophies awarded from 4.15pm in the marquee and prize money distributed afterwards. All competitors must be responsible for the collection of their exhibits and prize money between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.

Trophies and Prizes:
Points allocated: 1st = 5, 2nd = 3, 3rd = 1 point
Prize Money: 1st = £3, 2nd = £2, 3rd = £1

The MILTON LEADLEY CUP - presented to the child gaining most points in School Years EYFS - 2.
The ERNEST WISEMAN SALVER - presented to the child gaining most points in School Years 3-4.
The ELEANOR MARLEY CUP - presented to the child gaining most points in School Years 5-6.
The MICHAEL FOSTER CUP - presented to the child gaining most points in School Years 7-11.
The GEORGE SHIPPEY CUPS - presented to a boy and a girl who, in the opinion of the judges, have put in the most effort.
The FAY HILL CUP for handwriting will be presented for the best exhibit in the relevant classes.
The BETTY HUGHES TROPHY will be presented for gaining the most points in the Open Classes.
The CURTIS TROPHY - awarded to the winner of the Promotional Poster design.
