CLUBS AND GROUPS GROWING AND SHOWING. THE MARKET STALL Open to informal groups, gardening clubs, associations and societies.
A display of cut flowers, pot plants, fruit and/or vegetables on the theme of a market stall. Whilst the display will normally include all of these, it may be of one type only (e.g. just vegetables) or any combination of types (e.g. cut flowers and fruit).
This class will be judged for quality, variety and presentation of material. Accessories should be used but must not predominate. Space allowed 180cm wide x 75cm deep, any height. Tips for entering this class will be posted to each competitor and on the website. Entries in this class may be limited to a maximum of six.
All groups and clubs that enter will be given £25 to cover expenses and TWO pairs of show tickets.
THE SAMPSON MEMORIAL TROPHY will be awarded for the best exhibit in this class. 2022 winner: The Allomenteers Smeatharpe
